At Allumée Skin Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved especially for each client. Late cancellations and no-shows affect our schedule, staff, and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide notice, this is considered a no-show.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price and may be required to pay a deposit or full prepayment before booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

If there is not enough time to safely or properly perform the service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Full service fees may still apply for late arrivals.

Deposits

Appointments require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled late, or missed without proper notice.

Deposits may be applied toward the appointment total if the client attends as scheduled.

Repeated Cancellations or Missed Appointments

Clients with repeated late cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, or unpaid fees may be required to prepay in full before future bookings or may be refused future appointments.

Illness or Emergencies

If you are sick, have a contagious condition, have a fever, active infection, cold sore, rash, or any condition that may make treatment unsafe, please contact us as soon as possible.

We understand emergencies happen and will do our best to be reasonable; however, repeated last-minute changes may still be subject to this policy.
