Services

All services are non-refundable once performed.

Because treatment results vary from person to person, Allumée Skin Aesthetics does not offer refunds based on individual results, personal expectations, reactions, discomfort, downtime, or changes of mind after the service has been provided.

If you have concerns after a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your concern and provide appropriate guidance.

Packages and Prepaid Treatments

Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise required by law.

Packages may not be shared, transferred, split, exchanged for cash, or used toward other services unless approved by Allumée Skin Aesthetics.

Unused package sessions may expire according to the package terms provided at the time of purchase.

Deposits

Appointments require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled late, rescheduled late, or missed according to our cancellation policy.

Products

Unopened and unused retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Allumée Skin Aesthetics is not responsible for product reactions caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, use with other products, undisclosed allergies, contraindications, or individual skin sensitivity.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized gift cards may not be replaced.

Gift cards may be used toward eligible services or products at Allumée Skin Aesthetics unless otherwise stated.

Promotions and Sale Items

Promotional services, discounted services, sale items, special offers, and limited-time packages are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or packages unless clearly stated.

Right to Refuse Refunds

Allumée Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse refunds, exchanges, or credits where a request does not meet this policy or where misuse, policy abuse, or unreasonable requests are identified.
